About Me
Welcome to my website.
I work at the intersection of research, policy and practice, helping researchers and institutions develop research that is rigorous, collaborative and designed to create meaningful change beyond academia.

Over the past eighteen years, my career has taken me from international public health research in Southern Africa to research development and knowledge exchange within higher education. Along the way, I have worked with researchers at every stage of their careers, designing training, supporting funding applications, strengthening partnerships, developing impact strategies and helping organisations evaluate and evidence the difference their research makes.
I believe that excellent research deserves to reach the people who can use it. Whether through policy engagement, collaborative partnerships, researcher development or impact evaluation, my work is driven by a simple question:
How can research make the greatest possible contribution beyond academia?
This website brings together my professional work, current projects and reflections on research impact, research development and knowledge exchange. I hope you’ll find practical ideas, thoughtful discussion and resources that help you in your own work. I’m always interested in widening my network, so please do not hesitate to contact me
